Spiritual DirectionWhat is it that gives you hope? What gives your life meaning? What is your spirituality centred around?
We are each on our own spiritual journey. Awareness and
understanding of our personal sense of the spiritual, and living out
our particular “faith” or beliefs can be wonderfully enriching. Religion may be part of our spiritual life but how we engage with it is significant. Spiritual direction is an opportunity to pause and reflect on one’s connectedness and spiritual relationship. It can help to clarify and deepen one’s spiritual life and discover how one’s spirituality informs and impacts the rest of one’s life. My framework is contemplative Christian. However, I am
interested in companioning people with diverse spiritual beliefs and
